Welcome to Cyrano's

My name is David L. Henderson, and I am a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician living in Fairmount, Indiana, with Roxanne, my wife since April 20, 1996. Roxanne is a Med. LPN. She works at Community Hospital in Anderson, and I work at Parkview Huntington Hospital in Huntington, Indiana.

This is a personal website, so expect to find pages that are designed around my personal taste, or lack thereof; you should, however, find plenty to interest you. The links on the left will take you around the various pages of the site. You'll find pictures from a couple of my trips to Scotland, a few of my wife Roxanne and myself, and you can even download a copy of my booklet, The Serpent's Tale. I've written a number of articles recently, which are available on my MySpace space, in the Blog section.

In October, 1997, Roxanne and I took a much-needed vacation to Scotland, where we visited friends in Inverness and in High Blantyre, near Glasgow. This was my fourth trip to Scotland, and Roxanne's first. I've put a few pictures from that trip, and from a trip I took alone in 1993, on the "A Taste of Scotland" page.

I've been building and re-building this site for years, using such tools as an HTML editor and other web-authoring software from CoffeeCup, and some really awesome graphics tools from Xara. The design of the page you're currently viewing is from a free template I found at Open Source Web Design, and to be honest, I'm still struggling to understand the structure of the layout and the CSS, etc. As I continue to learn and understand more about CSS and XHTML, you'll see corresponding changes in these pages. So keep checking back, and if you feel the urge, punch that last button and let me know what you think. I'll be waiting...
