When taking capsules and pills becomes challenging, . . . of the items above, items 1 thru 6, try this, grind them up in spice grinder and mix the powder in an 8 oz. glass of tomato juice or V8 juice. Store brands are good for economy. It is possible to do a jar of the mix for a 4 day supply. The juice will give you a boost of other good stuff. But!, . . . do not use fruit juice, it is loaded with sugar which feeds cancer.
