BeOS is a great operating system.  The more I use it, the more I like it.  In fact, I like it so much that I've decided to try to write programs for it, novice programmer that I am.

  Circles is my first program for BeOS.  It's a simple screensaver that draws randomly-placed circles on the desktop in random colors.  Circles requires BeOS R5.  Thanks to Brian Francis for the PPC binary.  The source code is included with the download.

  I've got a couple of more ideas for BeOS programs, but I'll need to learn more about BeOS programming first.  I'm planning to do a re-write of Blind Alley, my 3D maze program, and I'd like to do a note-keeping program.
