V: As authorized by Executive Order 9396, superseding Executive Order 9075 and, General Order No. 8, Headquarters Twentieth Air Force, Washington, 25, D. C., dates 15 June 1945, the following Officers and Enlisted Men of the 795^th Bombardment Squadron (VH) and 16^th Bombardment Maintenance Squadron (VH) who were assigned or attached for duty with this organization on 20 August 1944 are hereby designated as authorized to wear the Distinguished Citation Badge, as a permanent part of the Uniform.
