Born and raised in the Garden State of New Jersey, Catherine Sienko studied the fine art of painting, sculpture and photography at the School for Visual Arts and Cooper Union in New York City and The Pratt Institute in the Borough of Brooklyn. She studied printmaking and sculpture with the direction of Louise Bourgeois, and photography with Todd Watts.

Catherine's work shows a developed, mature artist; with traditional imagery and techniques. With a wide variety and quantity of photos, she exhibits the range of her work and experience. Her work has been exhibited at the Leo Castelli Gallery, N.Y.C. She has been featured at local galleries and museums in the New Jersey and New York area.

Catherine now resides in Arizona. She usually can be found exploring and photographing her stunning southwest desert environment. Catherine is a Mom of grown children, gardener, baker and Jane of many trades.
