Hi Sally,
"Any" teaching or prophecy "Not" of God is error and deception. This is when men deceive
other men (intentionally or unintentionally), believing they are speaking forth the faith
of God on behalf of God. Their false teachings and prophecies are derived through laying
hold of false gospels and/or through hearing and believing another spirit other than the
Holy Spirit.
You become a "false" teacher and/or prophet only when you preach it to others expecting
them to believe that lie as if it were the truth from God's own mouth. In the area that
a person is prophesying falsely (for example: in the area of the Lord's second coming)
they can be called a false prophet because they are prophesying falsely! They have and
give a "false testimony" of the Lord concerning Him in His second coming.
(B) We all have to chose to walk after the Spirit first if we are all going to like-minded.
Satan comes disguised as an angel of Light. Basically he comes looking like God!
The thing about being deceived is that the one who is being deceived doesn't even realize
(unless they seek only to HEAR God's word) that they are the ones who are deceived!
Satan, through the antichrist, intends to imitate Christ through anti-Christ to the nines,
and may, in all probability appear to mankind as coming with the clouds, etc.,etc. Total
Illusion!
If one is only hoping or guessing they're right because they don't know and aren't holding
fast to the Scriptures themselves, but depending on what others say and write, then they're
in Big Trouble.
We know "personally" just how powerful deceiving spirits really are. Our only hope is the
revealed Word of God. We watch this "spiritual" deception playing out today in groups as
the Toronto Blessing, Manifest sons of God, Pensacola Experience, etc. Yet "they" call these
occurences, as coming from the "Holy" Spirit.
They have accepted and received these "spirits not of God" and say they've got it's the real
McCoy, regardless of what the Word of God says (showing they have no fear of God) contrary
to their false belief. Let what I am about to say sober you:
"They're not that interested in "Getting it right according to the Scriptures. They want to
follow "the crowd". That's why they're deceived!" (A great lesson is to be seen here.)
Now consider this, "If Satan is that "powerful" (disguised as an angel of Light) to those
above who "profess" to be Christians now, and have tasted something of the glory of God, and
have testified that Jesus died for them, etc., then can you imagine what he's going to be
like "In Person" (before he lets his hair down for the start of the Great Trib.)?
IMO He is going to appear at that time to everyone including those who have swallowed a false
pre-trib.doctrine, and it is going to be some of these who lack the discernment and wisdom
(gotten through God's word) necessary to distinguish him from the real, who won't be able
to" The deception then will be devastating to some or many who did not hold to the truth
of His second coming!
(Talk about false hopes: Take a look at all of the "True" Christians who have swallowed the
pre-trib. lie when they see themselves as still being around when all this happens. What
a shock to them all it will be! How totally unprepared they are to face the tribulation
and the anti-Christ, because the Jesus of their dreams didn't come and rapture them "when
He was supposed to".
Instead of the joy of being caught up/raptured in the clouds to meet the (real) Lord in the
air, many will instead be put to death instead at the very least rather than deny their faith.
What a turn around of their faith! How sad for them that "THEY" allowed it to end this way,
rather than keep His word and wait patiently for Him to appear in the joy of the Lord.
It is just because of such false doctrines as "pre-trib." that, at this time some who
"profess" to be Christians will become shipwreck and even "Curse God" and call Him "A
Liar", because of the false teachers and men (even "Christian" men) who they chose to
speak to them in place of God, rather than just sit at His feet and let Him speak to them
by His Spirit through clear Scriptures. What a bummer!
I truly believe that "many" Christians will be "Kept from that hour" and preserved to meet
the Lord when He returns and remain ALIVE at His coming -- but only those who have waited
patiently for the prophecy of Jesus to unfold as told to us beforehand by Him in the Word
-- for these are wise, having Kept the Word of His patience until He comes (Revelation
3:8-10).
IMO all other "Christians" will end up being put to death: (who hold fast to false
prophecies and teachings that don't preserve them: Rev.20:4), as taught to them by by
self-made men, some of whom are really rebelling against the coming of Christ in His
kingdom.
You may think you may have time to make a choice if pre-trib.doctrine proves to be a
lie when the pre trib Jesus becomes a "no show" and the anti-Christ comes instead of
Christ, but I assure you that you're NOT thinking at all like you should be.
Because when "confusion" hits and "fear" takes takes over and you find your life suddenly
hanging in the balances, it is then that clear thinking flees, when being suddenly thrust
face to face into a life or death decision at the hands of the beast.
( I'm not saying this to scare you but to make you "re-think" your position BEFORE that day
comes!)
Remember, at this time your "Life" will seem so precious to have to lose, (especially when
you had your whole heart set on Jesus rapturing you before this mess started).
Jesus says - (concerning "Today") - "If you love your life you'll lose It! Lose it for Me
- ("Now") - and you'll find it again" (only, "this time around you'll find your life In Me"
.)".
Confusion is Satan's great weapon! In order to break that confusion "BEFORE" it even
happens is to know and stand on "God's Word" NOW, not on man's. His clear and simple word
gives us the "assurance" of faith and the discernment needed to know the truth, stand
and rest on it firmly, and the wisdom to know what to do when it all hits the fan, thereby
able to stand in the faith without giving in to Satan's onslaughts, even it means death
for our faith.
Also, I have searched the Scriptures and see no truth in your statement,
My reply to that is: "My sheep know My voice...and will not follow another!" It all goes
according to how much each of us LOVES the truth or not and how far we are willing to go
to KEEP it or not!
What desperately needs to be seen here is that, "IF" you and I are standing on the Truth
of God's Word today, then we are where we need to be! We "are" already together and-
likeminded. We speak the same, think the same and contend for the same faith.
Such a "sign" is proof, yes "proof" of our being "sanctified" to the truth. We need go
nowhere, for we're already standing solidly on His Word.
until we all quit valuing "mans" false teachings and second opinions and how they came
about forming them by "THEIR" evaluation the Scriptures, and only start valuing God's
clear Word as is in what He alone says, then we'll "NEVER" get together. Not now not ever!
"Our shoes should be off as we kneel before the Holy Ground of God's Word." The fear of God
is the beginning of wisdom. Wise indeed are those who fear Him enough to know that He will
do "Exactly" as He says He will to anyone found trying to damage His little ones or destroy
His word. False teaching and prophecy can do and does a lot of damage! Sometimes it is
"irrepairable".
The bottom line is, if you or I have a doctrine we want to bring or a Jesus we want to share
into the body of Christ, that's fine, BUT it better line up with His Word and be the same
Jesus as the true Christ. If not then expect "flak".
And if no one is "rebuking" us over our false teaching(s) then we are NOT in the body of
Christ but in another body altogether, one that accepts or justifies either the men who
are teaching falsely, or the doctrines and prophecies they bring in with them, without
bothering to check them out for ourselves THOROUGHLY beforehand with the word of God.
But so long as there are "Contenders for the faith once and for all delivered to the saints",
there will be Christians speaking up and warning the flock, reminding them of what doctrines
are going around that need to be avoided, and which Jesus and Spirit (that are popping up)
that ARE NOT of God, and exhorting them to continue in His Word.
They will expose the lie with CLEAR SCRIPTURE and warn us to also beware of those who are
teaching it.
These "Contenders" (or warriors for the Truth) are just doing their job, and woe to them
if they don't do it! They have the same zeal for the truth and hate every false way as
did the Lord Himself.

(A) You do not become a false prophet because you believe in a pre-trib.rapture doctrine,
or any false doctrine for that matter. Rather, what you become instead is "deceived" by it.
(Maybe not anywhere near the point of losing your salvation over it, but deceived by it
nevertheless.)
Satan is ever the great imitator. We must never underestimate his power to completely deceive.
I hope you can understand some of the loss of hope, confusion, fear and quick decisions that
will be involved here, and why "some of you"; at this time (because of your false
teaching), will chose to live and receive the mark thus being part of the apostacy of
2 Thessalonians 2:1-3.

If they speak the truth (their words being easily verified by the scriptures) then listen
to them. Listen to what they're saying and why... then go and check them and what they're
saying out in the simple and clear (keep it plain and "simple") Word of God.***

I ask you this: "What is the rule of the church on earth now...the rule of the
church ruling in this so-called "hidden" millenium that I keep hearing of?
Is it taking charge of the planet for Christ?
Is it ruling over territorial spirits and over whole cities, etc?
Is it ushering in His reign and rule to make the world "conform" to the Gospel
and/or to the image of Christ?
Wrong, wrong, wrong!
Here is rule...
When Jesus comes He will "DESTROY" His enemies! THAT is rule!
He will sit in judgement, and have the power to do as He wishes! THAT is rule!
He will sit in the seat of AUTHORITY - one seat - one power - one Lord of all -
and He will roar as a lion and every knee shall bow before Him. THAT
is rule!
What, then, may I ask is the church's job on earth today?
"Preach the Gospel...so that the "Spiritually" blind see, the "Spiritually" deaf
hear, and the "Spiritually" lame walk. Love the Lord with all your heart in
obedient response to His word when you "hear" Him speak.
Love your neighbor as you love yourself. And love the brethren...even your
enemies. Walk after the Spirit, denying the lusts of the flesh.
THAT is the "RULE" of the church today. Nothing hidden or mysterious. It has
been going on for 2,000 years. Having Christ RULE over us, His unworthy
servants. Anything else, including thinking our job is to win the world to
Christ, take over the planet for Him, etc. is error.
And when it comes to prophecy error can be especially deadly...
Rev 22:18-19
18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this
book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues
that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy,
God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city,
and from the things which are written in this book.
In Rev 19:19-20 and 20:1-3 we see that the beast and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire at the beginning of Christ's reign on earth. In 20:1-3; 6-10 we see that it's Satan's turn to be thrown into the lake of fire, after the 1,000 years are over...

19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered
together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought
miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of

lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Rev 20:1-3
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit
and a great chain in his hand.

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him,
that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be

Rev 20:6-10
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the
second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and
shall reign with him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his
prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the
earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as
the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the
saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven,
and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone,
where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night

It is clear enough from these Scriptures that Christ's Kingdom will begin when "HE" arrives in the flesh to rule! It does not exist, mysteriously or otherwise in the rule of the church on earth now.
At the start of His Kingdom - when He returns - Jesus will deal with all who oppose His rule, including the taking and casting out of His Kingdom and into the lake of fire the false prophet and the antiChrist...However, the Devil is not cast out into the lake of fire when the others are, but only after the 1,000 years are over.
There is nothing about the church taking over the throne of God for Him and ruling on earth in His "physical" absence until He returns. The word from the Spirit of God is, that Jesus' reign, marking the beginning of the 1,000 year milennium, when it does come, will last 1,000 years, and Jesus Himself will usher it in at His appearing with His angels.
If any of us have trouble with prophecy it is because we are the ones trying to fit (i.e. "twist") meanings, times, places, etc. into our preconceived notions. Danger! Double danger when we try and pass off these theories on others as Gospel.
