We believe in One God, existing in a triunity, and whom Jesus calls: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who as One go to make up the Divine Godhead! - 1 John 5:7

We believe that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh! - John 1:14; 1 Tim.3:16

We believe that Jesus was the Word made flesh; that He was both man and 'God', and always "was God"! - John 1

We believe that Jesus always pre-existed and is "divine", - Micah 5:2, and always "was with God"! - John 1

We believe there can never be any more sacrifice made for sin! - Hebrews 10:12, 26

We believe that He alone is the propriation for our sins, and His atoning sacrifice only benefits those who receive Him by faith! - John 1:11,12

We believe He rose from the dead, - Luke 24:1-7, and ascended into heaven! - Acts 1:11

We believe that Satan has been cast out to the earth (Rev.12:12), and until Christ returns, we overcome him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of our testimony; and we love not our lives unto the death (Revelation 12:11).

We believe Jesus will return "immediately" after the great tribulation is cut short! - Matthew 24:22, 29-31

We believe that in order to be saved a person MUST become "born again" of above! - John 3:3

We believe in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration in His present ministry by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life! - Titus 3:5

We believe salvation is by Grace through faith apart from works - Eph.2:5, 8, and is not a "process over time"! - John 5:24

We believe each one of us must personally know and receive the saving knowledge of God! - Matthew 16:16-18

We believe in the eternal damnation and punishment of the unbeliever! - Matthew 25:26; Rev.20:10

We believe that "any Christian" (until they are fully formed and rooted in Christ: Gal.4:19; 2 Peter 1:5-10) are in danger and capable of "falling away"! - Luke 8:13-14; Hebrews 6:4-6

We believe that an (inward) faith that does not manifest the (outward) workings attributed to such a faith (i.e. in ones not being "sanctified to the Truth") is dead! - James 2:20, 26

We believe that our being crucified with Christ - Rom.6:6; Gal.2:20, has set us free from serving the [letter] of the law to ministering to the spirit of the law! - Romans 7:6; 2 Corinthians 3:6,

We believe the "gifts of the Spirit" are still relevant and working today! - Acts 1:6-8; 1 Corinthians 12

We, however, also believe that having and manifesting any of the gifts can never be made the one sure "sign or proof" that proves that one knows God, is born again, has received and/or is filled with the Spirit! - Matthew 7:22-23; 1 Corinthians 13

We believe that God's words were inspired and preserved down through the ages - 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21, and are (along with His Spirit) all we need to sustain and protect us and that He will only repeat all that He has already said prophetically - Revelation 22:18-19, until Christ returns! - Jude 3

Suzanne and I both came to know the Lord (actually the Lord came to us before we knew each other) back in 1976, when she was in her late twenties and I was in my late thirties). So we've been around a while.

In '84-'85 I owned a Christian Book Store, but too many people kept wanting "trinkets" instead of "meat" (and I wasn't in the trinket but the "word" ministry) and I had to get out. (Thought I was set for life, too, the way the Lord miraculously opened that door.) :)

As for Suzanne; before I knew her, she found herself very deep in an impossible and regretable situation with constant struggles and hardships, going without many times so her children could eat and the gas and electric could stay on for a while longer.
She was well acquainted with hardships, struggles and the hopelessness of it all.

So, around one New Years Eve was when the word came to her...

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30

...she was "ready" to receive Him into her heart, and that evening she did.

The next morning when she awoke she knew she was no longer the same as she found in her a brand new inner peace and a joy she never knew, along with a deep hunger to eat up the word of God with. (You know what I mean?!)

We have both had our seperate and personal "encounters" with the Lord of Life and Love shortly before we met each other!
My "Born again" experience (to me) was so...? miraculously astounding and mind blowing that I thought I was the only one on this entire planet who knew God personally and was saved, because THAT was exactly how "Miraculous" my encounter with the living and holy God was.
To me, "That" is how powerful and life-changing the born again experience was and can be. In a nutshell, it is what LOVE is all about!

"After all", I thought, "in all of my 38 years prior to my meeting Him, NOBODY BUT NOBODY ever told me first hand of their own personal salvation in and knowledge of Christ and what He means to them"!

"How could that be?" I marveled! "How could anyone know this LOVE and FREEDOM and BLESSING I'm talking about without shouting it out to the whole world, without wanting the whole world to have it??? IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

Nobody ever told me how Wonderfully Pure and Joyful the LOVE of God truly was as seen in the precious crucifixion of Christ who paid the all-time and complete price for my sin as I realized why He had to die for ME...

...or how Amazing and Awesome the FAITH and TRUTH of God truly was as seen in the powerful resurrection of Christ who became my righteousness as I realized how He rose from the dead for ME...

...or how Completely and Assuringly Peaceful and Real the HOPE of God truly is as seen in the glorious face of Christ who I will see coming again, for ME!"

And all of this is because of the Person we NOW know, testify of and call, "The Lord, Jesus Christ"!
