Bandon area scenic photos:

Bandon is surrounded by very beautiful scenery. Here are a few of the shots we have taken over several years. These are some of our favorite areas that we visit over and over.

This is a photo of Bandon from across the Coquille River from Bullard State Park near the lighthouse.

There are many strange patterns in the rock formations around the area. Water warn probably.

This is a photo from a wooden walkway, down from a motel that we used to stay at during our vacations here.

Bandon's beach area is filled with incredible rock formations that make for very interesting photos.

This is a photo taken of Bandon's beach from the Beach Loop Road area.

This is a photo of "Face Rock". It is one of the several rock formations with a name.

This photo is taken just a little south of town. There is a nice wind sheltered beach area there.

From Beach Loop Road you can walk down the stairs to the beach and walk along the many rock formations.

This photo was taken on the beach near the lighthouse. There is alway plenty of driftwood.

This photo is taken on the beach below the town of Bandon along all the wonder rock formations.

This is another photo of the great stairway down to the beach. It is a work of art on its own.

A few miles south of Bandon is Elk River; a favorite swimming and picnicking area.

This is a good view of Seal Rock from above the beach at a lookout on Beach Loop Road.

Much driftwood gets stuck into the rock formations along Bandon's beach.

Several of the rock formations have holes all the way through them with dynamic waves on occasion.

A few miles north of Bandon is Shore Acres, where there is a really good wave if you catch the weather and tides right.

There is life clinging to all the walls of each of the caves and holes waiting for high tide.

There are plenty enough beaches for everyone.

Another view of Seal Rock.

Rocks, rocks and more rocks.

Caves and holes through the rocks along the beach.

This is another view from the cliffs along Shore Acres just north of Bandon.

Bandon is a spiritual community. This is a photo of some holy rocks.
